How will this project help the community?
The studio will support artists to design and produce creative products for sale online, at markets, and through partner organisations.
We will offer mentoring and business support to emerging creatives, to develop products, build brands, and access markets. This support may be offered ala carte, or as part of member access to studio resources, networking, and guidance.
We will partner with arts & craft start-ups to co-create products and improve production processes, generating shared revenue. Additional income will come from workshops and creative programmes for young aspiring artists. We will also seek grants, enterprise funding, and sponsoring partners, while securing subsidised studio space.
